Frederick "Rick" Jackman did a excellent job on my case. The outcome was great and I felt like we were on the same page. He was very detailed in his Parent Plan and helped give me a lot of ways to resolve things for the future. Considering what attorneys charge these days I was happy with his costs. To feel secure and know that my case was taken care of was worth it. I would highly recommend him to others.
STAY AWAY!!! – Do yourself a favor and don't use this lawyer. He has made my sister's divorce painful and long. She is a nanny making $10/hour and he bills 5 minute phone calls like they were 1/2 hr or longer (at $200/hour). He billed her for times she has documented that nothing was going on. He refused to listen to her most important points. For example, he wanted it written in her divorce decree that she would be able to change her last name, but he failed to add that.
