Dr. Wigand and his hygienists are wonderful. The office manager is rude and unprofessional. My daughter was sick so I offered to bring in my son in her place as his appointment was a few days away. She said no and cancelled the appointment. My husband missed an appointment later that year and we received a letter telling us we were no longer welcome as patients. This after a roughly $100 per new patient fee per person. Nice way to make patients feel welcome!,
