Dr. Hemen Shah is the BEST!! Takes the time to explain your concerns and evaluates all of your testing results and prescribes a unique program for your needs. Have recommended on numerous occasions. Dr. Shah's staff nurse is excellent too. From entering the offices to departure all staff are pleasant and very helpful. Missed appointment and practice made sure that I had a reinstated appointment the very next day. Thank you!
While I love the Doctor I see at this practice, the wait time to be seen is horribly long. You wait in the waiting room; the nurse comes and you wait even longer in the exam room. I enjoy my doctor, but the in-office experience is not desirable.
Dr. Hiren shah is my primary doctor over 20 years. He is very good in serving. My wife had urgent health issue and he was out of town, so we got appointment with Karen Lapoint.(Nurse practitioner) She mentioned during visit that besides tablets she is prescribing Cough syrup also( my wife had cough issue also) . When I picked up at CVS , I got only 2 types of tablets. So I called her secretary to verify that we are getting cough syrup or not.She was not available ,so I left message that we are leaving next day to Florida so ... read more
They’re usually at least 30 minutes late… It really messes with my work schedule and stresses me out. But the providers are very informative. Dr. Hakim and Jen are great with communication and explaining things. Best level of care I have come across in the area.
