I hired the Dancer Company to perform a home inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The inspection was extremely thorough, and the report clearly pointed out items that could or should be corrected. I especially appreciated the use of a drone to evaluate the roof — a great example of attention to detail and use of technology. The final report was comprehensive and delivered promptly. I highly recommend the company for anyone needing a professional and detailed inspection.
Phil did a fantastic job with our pre-final walk-through inspection for our new house. Having been in the building business myself, I can attest to the fact that Phil knows his stuff.
