Phil inspected a condo we were buying and did an exceptional job. He was very thorough and helpful in explaining the issues he found and what we should pay attention to as homeowners. His inspection report included narrated videos explaining the items in the report, which will be a helpful reference for us in the future.
Phil worked us in within 24 hours of our request and had the report back within 24 hours as well. He knows new construction extremely well and created a very thorough and reasonable punch list. The video snips with each repair were very helpful in explaining the issue. We will definitely be using Phil again for our company's new construction homes.
