I have never had such an incredible primary care provider as Dr. Heard. I'm sure he would make house calls if he were allowed. I have referred two of my co-workers to Dr. Heard and we are all beyond thrilled with him. He is a "throw-back" to my maternal grandfather's (Frank P. Rizzo, Sr. M.D.)line of doctors who TRULY care for their patients and that's a rarity nowadays. I tell Doc all the time how truly blessed I feel to have discovered him. He is a true treasure in modern medicine in my opinion.
