I have been a patient at this clinic for 5 years and have generally had good experiences with the doctors. However, my visit today morning [Sept 24] was very disappointing due to the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Her tone made me feel nervous and uncomfortable as a patient who was already not feeling well. No patient should be treated like this when seeking care.
