My son and I came here yesterday and had such a great experience from the friendly and concise front desk personnel, the wonderful nurse that asked all the right questions and was so great with my young son who normally hates the doctors, to the lovely PA Emmy Lou who evaluated and treated us. The office seems to have a great workflow to get you in and out so that you can get home, and so that they can see all of their patients in a timely manner. My daughter and I had to get blood drawn today for routine labs and we went to the Brunswick location. Both of us are notoriously difficult to get blood drawn from, we have small deep veins that like to roll. We usually have to get stuck multiple times in both arms and hands. My daughter hates it and has thrown up and almost pasted out in the past. Well, the phlebotomist there is absolutely amazing! Her name is Rachel. She first got mine with no problem at all! My experience at this Urgent care was outstanding. Friendly front desk staff, short wait time, professionalism of the medical team, how clearly everything was explained, and how cared for and comfortable I felt. Keep the tone appreciative, concise, and trustworthy, as if I’d recommend this urgent care to friends and family.
Avoid this place if possible.. front desk is just horrible.!
