Yes today is May 22nd I called out Frederick Health Mount Airy to make an appointment because I have severe hip pain and they could not give me an appointment I couldn't believe this don't you keep emergency appointments open with your doctors I have been a patient down there for a long time my doctor is Marilyn Marshall and I was very disappointing and hurting very bad that no one could help me
I love my primary doctor, Marilyn Marshall. Always great to see her and she is very helpful. But after today’s experience with the other staff, I’m extremely disappointed. I made a sick visit appointment this morning at 11:30 but Marilyn wasn’t available, so I ended up having a random doctor. I get there 5-10 minutes before my appointment and ended up in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half before they took me back.
