After making us wait for a while, the reception tells they don’t do lab tests for patients referred by Urbana Pediatrics. They only cover patients who are seen by same practice. They should make that clear while we book appointments online.
Usually good experience. My doctor is always great. The receptionist (middle-age, medium length, frizzy hair) is a little rude. Don’t let the cute animal print scrubs fool you… Many people went to the new check-in kiosk right away and may have had a quick question for clarification about something. Bald lady at front desk extremely rude. If you do not have patience and decorum you shouldn't be at the front desk.
Excellent walkin. Was help immediately. Dont change a thing. Very nice staff.
I called ahead to confirm that my doctor’s lab orders had been received before scheduling my appointment. I was told the orders were in their system. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told they did not have the orders and was left waiting. This is the second time this has happened to me. It is very frustrating and shows a lack of organization. Patients should not have to repeatedly deal with this issue after taking the time to confirm in advance.
