Dr. Lowrey is great. I’ve referred others to her. When friends in Frederick say “I just can’t find a doc” I’ve said “it’s a little drive but it’s worth it”. She listens, but remains the expert (not a push over) and I like that. She is able to look at the whole picture not just one thing. Ultimately she provides great care. Her nurse Dustee on the other hand doesn’t listen and has caused a huge medical issue that I don’t have to start. I’ve been on the same dose of a maintenance drug for 15 years. The staff are nice, however it was EXTREMELY slow. I didnt see the dr for almost 2 hours, I got here at 3:40pm and its almost 5:20pm and I still haven't seen the dr. I probaly wont come back here unless I absolutely have to.
This facility is a true gem. The staff who works here from front desk to provider are truly the best. One of the few places where everyone is concerned about your well being from all aspects. . Dr Natalie Lowery is the best primary care provider I've had in the past 25+ years and hope she continues to support her patients at this location. The RNs are also excellent, Dusty and crew are the very best. If your thinking about switching providers, this location and these professionals are highly recommended.
Update: after being told this was resolved last year, I've received notice that Frederick Health has resent the bill to a new debt collector. Avoid Frederick Health at all costs. Original: My frustrations are with the billing department here; it's been a long time since my wife's one visit, but from what she remembers the staff were friendly and efficient.
