Had an appointment with Carolyn Hedin, ive heard great things about her before and i was not disappointed! She took her time with me and throughly went through everything going on to figure out a treatment plan that worked for me. 10/10
Your appointment scheduling process misses key points: like telling me I need to bring certain papers with me. Telling me when I arrive in person isn’t going to work. And on top of that your front desk person is rude as heck. Congrats, Frederick Gastroenterology, I’m looking for a different gastroenterologist now.
Had a minor medial issue and wanted to get it checked out - especially based on family history. These guys were great - From the diagnostic process through the endoscopy and medication there was nothing but a mentality of service demonstrated. These guys are here because there’s clearly a desire for a higher calling, 10/10 would recommend
