I was having bad GI symptoms since the end of November. I was sent to a doctor with the Mount Sinai Group ( won’t mention names but the appointment was a total waste of my time ). Took me in. Asked a bunch of questions and sent me on my way to have a colonoscopy at the end of MARCH! Mind you I was symptomatic and losing weight since November. You never would’ve thought someone would say that, but the whole experience was very relaxing
I would recommend Dr. Gandalfo to everybody! he was so professional but Sprinkled in a couple of jokes and made me feel at ease…professional..to the point…and relaxed…the office staff was amazing! I mean amazing! Facility super clean…can not say enough about my experience…Dr.Gandolfo for the win!
This is my second review. I had a colonoscopy procedure on October 26, 2021. On December 20, 2021 Anna? From the doctors office called me and told me it was time to schedule my colonoscopy procedure and proceeded to tell me that I had a balance on my bill. The staff is rude and clearly disorganized. In addition the doctor did not provide me with my colonoscopy biopsy results.
As someone who has always had a fear of doctors I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gandolfo and his staff. From the initial consult through my endoscopy they were nothing short of amazing. Dr. Gandolfo spent about 45 minutes with me and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. I felt so comfortable with him and he earned my complete trust. Dr. Gandolfo takes his time to explain everything in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Gandolfo.
Horrible staff at the office. Asked for prescription refill they ignore the request and even said that they going to call police if I going to give a bad review about them.
So lucky to have found Dr. Gandolfo. He is an extremely intelligent, caring physician that actually listens to you. A great mixture of old school doctor charm with cutting edge knowledge and technology. He and his staff ease the anxiety of going to a doctor’s office.
