I have seeing Dr. Yoon for many years and he has always been honest about my issues and how to manage them. I am very comfortable with him. When I had throat surgery back in 2009, he took great care for me and follow up as well. I currently see him every 4-6 months for some issues related to my bone cancer. I know I can call at anytime to see him in between appts. if I feel like I need to. I appreciate his care and happy to have him as my ENT.
Saw Dr.Jackson back in 2019 and absolutely had the worst experience of my life. Totally dismissed issues I had been having with tonsils and said there was nothing that could be done. Fast forward to 2025 and I was seeing an allergist about some allergy issues and mentioned the issues I’ve had with my tonsils. He suggested I go to an ear, nose, and throat doctor to see about getting them removed. I didn’t even think that was an option after my bad experience with Dr. Jackson. My daughter was fully approved for a tonsillectomy at another ENT practice when we learned the doctor didn't have privileges at FHH (in the small % chance that we needed to go to a hospital post-op, we'd prefer FHH close by). I called Frederick ENT Group, explained the situation and my daughter's case, and the staff called me back and told me they talked to doctor and that my daughter would be good to go to have them removed with their practice. Dr Yoon and support staff are very talented, helpful, friendly and professional. I had nasal breathing issues that interrupted my sleeping and pain. Utilizing expertise, knowledge and skill, my issues have been resolved.
