My nine-year-old needed a root canal after breaking his tooth at school And I highly recommend Frederick Endodontics to anyone, but especially if you need to take a child. The office staff was fantastic about communicating everything I needed, verifying my benefits, giving me an estimate prior to the appointment. Never thought having a root canal could be such a pleasant experience! I was dreading it, having heard horror stories about the procedure. But Angie and Dr. Ro were wonderful! I experienced NO PAIN..during or afterwards. I highly recommend Frederick Endodontics should one ever need a root canal.
Dr. Ro is fantastic, but the office staff are terrible. If Dr. Ro weren't so great, I would never be back here. The receptionists are incompetence personified.
