The intake interview was fantastic. I learned that what I was doing was inadequate for my condition and that besides learning a lot more about apnea, I need to consider better ways to take charge. My story and written materials were listened to and queried so that my needs were addressed. There was no pressure to consider the stock in trade, use of a mandibular device. Instead, I was given ideas to improve air intake with better use of existing equipment. A life changing appointment.

The receptionist won't even explain or ask a more qualified staff member about what the practice does/offers technically. It's like asking a store if they sell something. I have to risk my time and money with a consult just to almost certainly be disappointed to some degree. Yeah, not doing that. The website only explains so much. It would literally take no more than five minutes to answer my questions. The practice's reviews used to be much lower. I suspect there to be bias in the current reviews.

I recently went in for a cleaning and was treated right away even though I was early. The hygienist (Hannah) was efficient, skilled and considerate. She started up conversation and showed an interest in me. All the staff here are so pleasant and helpful.
