Never answer the phone!. I kept getting transferred to “leave a message”. Frustrating system
drove from alexandria, va because i couldn’t get an appointment in wheaton. despite the long drive the ladies working made it so worth it. super nice and it was the shortest amount of time ive ever spent in a government office i think ever. got my birth certificate in under 15 mins. thank you ladies!!!
