Great service for small DIY projects.
Had to change a patio layout and ended up with one extra pallet of pavers of which I was told (when I purchased them) I can return since it is a stock item. They failed to mention a $500 “service fee” on top of the $100 delivery fee for the truck to pick them up. Save yourself my frustration and under order if things may change and only pay the $100 delivery fee for additional product. My experience with Frederick Brick works could not have been better. From start to finish all the staff were polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Mike , who wrote up my order went above and beyond to walk me through and educate me on everything that i was purchasing and needed. He even contacted a separate staffer to discuss the need of other products for my project thereby saving me additional expense in not needed material.
