Our experience was very different from many of the other reviews. We visited to get information about materials for a retaining wall project. When we arrived, the employee at the desk told us there were no available representatives to assist us and suggested we look through the display area on our own. A short time later, that same employee came outside to help another customer, but no one ever followed up with us. The store was very busy, so it’s possible they simply didn’t have time to assist.
