Brent went beyond our expectations to help us both buy our new house and sell our old one. There were alot of complex moving parts for our situation but Brent made sure it went smoothly. Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but having someone there who you know is working tirelessly on your behalf makes it much easier. I’d recommend Brent to anyone buying or selling. Brent Fredericks treated us with the same standard and commitment as he would a family member. We cannot recomment Brent Fredericks enough! We are first time home buyers in Kentucky and Brent definately made it less stressfull.
