I don't know how this place is even still in business. These people are by far the worst and talk to you like total trash, simply because that's the type of management they hire. The manager got "very" lucky that day!!!
Bought my 99 Honda Civic in with a water leak. Diagnosed with bad water pump - estimate $752. ( found out later - over priced!) After replacing pump they discovered a bad "Head gasket" estimate $1500. Told that " no mechanic could have diagnosed the head gasket without first replacing leaking water pump." False information according to several other repair shops! Informed manager that I do not intend to pay for this repair. Manager very rude and unprofessional.
