John, Lori and their staff are always ready to assist with any problems. Their follow-up and attention to details and problems is always welcome. Policies are always explained and when renewing they check to see if anything has changed. I always tell friends and family about the service because they are not just our Insurance Agency but our Friends as well.
When I moved back to the Port Clinton Area The Frederick Agency Inc. was so helpful in getting all my insurance needs set up. The Staff is always so friendly that they seem just like family.
