Dr Tibayan was my surgeon a year ago July of 2021 I believe I am alive today because of him. I had a VSD and probably should have died. This man was up front and honest about my situation and him and his team made it possible for me to still be here. I just came back from my first Alaska fishing trip where the wife and I walked on a glacier and went quading on the beach and caught many fish and I am hoping for many more adventures.Thank you Dr Tibayan.
