Some of staff here are very rude and unprofessional. The doctor seems decent but he doesn't seem like he truly cares about his patients, if you have any serious health concerns or issues occuring don't even bother going here. Another update: When I said doctors here didn't care about your health conditions, feeling like something is wrong with your body, and they ignore you? My husband and I were patients of Dr. Burton for years. We left the practice when my husband suffered an emergency appendectomy while waiting for the clinic to schedule an MRI with contrast recommended by an emergency room doctor who was suspicious of my husbands MRI results but no pain in the area. Recently my husband was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer when his new primary care doctor was suspicious of his abnormal lab results which had also come to Dr. Burton’s attention and he did not follow up. They don't pick up. Don't call back nor communicate outside the office. I have to go the office to relay message. Looking for another Doctor
They never answer the phone!!! Or return messages. Have been waiting for weeks for a call back for a referral for my sick grandmother. They are horrible!!
First visit: everything went smoothly. There's a polite, bilingual, young lady at the front desk who is obviously new, therefore, I had patience with her processing my information. Nonetheless, all went well. Doctor Burton was thorough; he explained everything to me about why each test was being ordered.
