This was my 4th visit with Dr Matzon. He takes his time and explains everything. Never feel rushed. He is very gentle and I would not hesitate in letting him do my surgery. Highly recommend him!
It was January 8th, 2024, when Dr. Carl Deirmengian replaced my knee! I have never been more pleased with an outcome from surgery, with the exception of an incredible wrist carpectomy done elsewhere, but by another brilliant surgeon. I had partial knee replacement done by Dr. Saxena. He was personable and seemed knowledgeable before the operation. However after the surgery was a different story. I had post surgery pain long after I should have and his manner became brusque and impatient with my questions and concerns, and at one appointment he was pretty rude and disrespectful. In addition, the average waiting time at the Pennington office was 45 minutes or longer each time I visited. No longer going to this practice.
Very good 'bedside manner.' Clear and thorough in his explanations, including what he could do to help me and how the recovery process would work. Attentive to my questions and willing to answer every one of them.
This was my second visit with Dr. Ong and again, he was professional, took the time to answer my questions about upcoming hip surgery and he was very patient with me. He expanded on the procedure itself and what I may experience in the post-op period. I was nervous but he calmed me down. The staff was also professional and the scheduling process was smooth. Everything is done in one area and they provided all the information needed about pre-op and post-op appointments, what to expect and answered all questions.
He is very pleasant as well as knowledgeable. He explained what the X-Ray showed. Dr Ong gave me options and Didn’t pressure me. I liked the way he gave me a choice between 4 surgery dates. Plus, he made me feel not anxious about having knee surgery.A friend recommended Dr Ong to me because he did an excellent job on her knee replacement. Am glad she did.
Explained everything clearly and frankly he under promised and over delivered!Fantastic results! don't wait and suffer just get it done!
