Sent bloodwork to wrong lab. I was charged 804$ by mistake. Bill has now gone to collections. I will be taking this office to small claims court to pay for the 804$ that is now going against my credit. The nurse is very kind, but this has to be the worst office I have ever been to. Always running behind (I spend at least an hour and a half there each visit). This office knew what kind of insurance I had prior to ordering blood test. I now am responsible for an 800$ medical bill that was supposed to be taken care of by my ins... read more
