2 managers got loud and called me a liar over a ice cream made wrong . One male one female refused to give names and numbers to contact someone higher up. Don’t go here they will spit in your face

RecommendedThe burgers here are excellent. A great alternative to the usually fast food places. I’d also love to comment on the chicken sandwiches; however, when I ordered one today I received a second burger instead. Not that this is a bad thing, but I expect to get what I pay for. Not a huge fan of the fries, but that simply because shoestring-style fries don’t tickle my fancy. The custards are remarkable. Overall the place has the feel of an old timey burger joint and that’s a win in my book.

Went to Freddy’s on Hefner tonight & sat at the speaker for 5-10 mins before finally came out and said their headset wasn’t working. I place my order; #1 w/ fries, #2 w/ cheese curds, & a spicy chicken sandwich w/ no pickles, add ranch with cheese curds & a kids hot dog meal w/ fries. When they handed me my bag of food, i noticed 3 orders of fries. I asked why, he said that’s what i ordered - wrong. I said no worries, took the meal anyway.
