RecommendedMy dad orders Freddy's Lefse for us daughters every year for Christmas. It's the best lefse I've ever had (besides my Grandma's)! I highly recommend it!
I purchased lefse and brought it back to Texas. I am so glad I did. It is fabulous. Now I need to check if it’s available for shipping. Also, got some for my son in law, who is a Texan because he lives lefse.( getting my brownie points in. I will be an old woman someday lol). He also said it was fabulous.

my first purchase of two pkgs of the lefse, out of leukens, Bemidji s. store, pretty darn good, soft, flavorful, kept it outside (cold) kept for over a week, stayed soft. of course, buttered & sugared...awesome for breakfast with our family (purple can) strong coffee. scrummy. (scrumptious and yummy) I'd buy it again.
Best lefse in the world! Really lucky because no one else in the family likes it so I get it all to myself!
I love it, the only lefse that I eat - can't wait until it is back in Byerly's come Nov.
Just tossed my 3rd package because it was covered in mold and fused into one huge chunk when I opened it 24 hours after I bought it. And yes, I refridgerated it. There are better alternatives, including ones that use whole potatoes instead of potato buds, commercially available. Very disappointed and I would never recommend.
