Made an appointment yesterday for Kinky twists and zelled the deposit, I received the email of my appointment, when I arrive i called to let her know I was here for my appointment and she tells me she didn’t confirm appointment. Hair 10/10. Customer service 10/10. On time. Considerate. Communicative. Reasonable pricing. I am very satisfied and very impressed with the care that Freddy gave me. I have had 1 stylist for 8 years and was very worried about going anywhere else, but Freddy was great, I will be back.
