I ordered three small cups of custard, one as a sundae. The staff decided to up charge me and give me something I did not order. I was in the drive thru and wasn't even given a total until I pulled up to the other window. Once I got my desserts I saw they were not what I ordered. I went inside to ask for what I ordered and they told me I had to give back what they originally made me and wouldn't correct the bill even though they charged me more for the wrong items. I've been coming here for a while now food is good ALWAYS! and ice cream is DELICIOUS 10/10
I have enjoyed meals from Freddy’s in the past - however - my last two visits have been very sub-par. My burger today was cold, and smelled like old grill grease, as was my side. Definitely unacceptable for a $32 dinner for two from a drive-thru when Craft Burger by Shane is down the street and smashes the quality for this price.
