It’s not the first time, or even the second. I ordered concrete, not something watery like a milkshake. And please don’t hand me a cup with all the fudge and caramel smeared on the outside.
I normally don’t leave a review, but I had to. Your establishment is in a great location. However, I came this afternoon for my break in drive thru, the fries were cold, hard, and taste burnt as we if the oil needs to be changed out. I let them know and the second batch was just as hard but hot. I had to go back to work and I don’t live in the area. I would like a refund.
