Revised 7/7/2026 I received a positive response to my earlier review from the management and decided to revisit the location today. Very good service. 100% different than the last couple of visits. Staff were courteous, prompt and the food was great. Happy to revise my review to report the turn-around. Kiki is killing it! Great service! She was doing great holding everything down while alone in the front!
Went to Feddys today shortly after they opened. Went through the drive through and Angela took my order. As I was ordering someone yells “Angela” from the background and then she comes back and says she was told that they are doing 2 catering orders and that any other orders coming in would be 10-15 mins and if that was ok? I said no that I’m in the drive through of a fast food restaurant wanting to get my food fast hence the drive though. At my last two visits I had a very long wait to order. 6 or more employees milling around without bothering to greet customers or indicate why the wait. After multiple attempts to get someone to come to the front register, I was told that the person actively working the drive through would be with me shortly. None of the other staff standing around could be bothered to help.
