Last week I ordered and there was a mistake and mistreatment but today they apologized compensated me for the inconvenience and the manager with the blue hair was extremely polite and I really appreciate her for her help

Quick delicious smash burgers with fries that are amazing. It’s like they looked at Steak and Shake and said, we can do better than this and they did. It’s not fancy, just a great fast food burger.
I get people run off with food. But wouldnt it cause less people to run off with the wrong food if you pointed the names on the to go bags out? I try not to bother staff asking for my food while I wait and because the bags are all turned away from customers I didnt even know my food was ready almost ten minutes before someone let me know. This isnt the fault of the employees. But whatever manager made this the norm at this location had it backwards. Youre wasting your employees time and your customers time
