Horrible experience dining here. Used men’s restroom; smelled like something died in it. Both soap dispensers were not working and/or filled. I politely let manager know and she rudely refused to help fill the manual soap dispenser (a literal 2 minute job) after I requested her support prior to eating my meal. She also refused to fill it 30 mins later after we finished our meal and my father needed to use the restroom. Completely unprofessional, disgusting, and unsanitary. I’d avoid this Freddy’s.
Soda machine down, no tea only water, no ranch or much of anything. Food was cold and trash everywhere.
They severed our whole marching band under 20 minutes with no complaints and they food was good
