Food is great like always never had any problems until tonight. The food was good as always, unfortunately as my group walked in the lady (I believe her name was Christy) at the counter made a disgusted face and based on that it seemed like she was bothered that she even had to take our order. We were all kind when ordering but I feel that the customer service is something that could be worked on. A different lady ended up taking all of our orders and she also seemed as if we were being obnoxious. Frozen custard sundae was a nice afternoon break
Ordering was fine. But when we received our burgers they were slathered with mustard. My husband tolerates some mustard but had to scrape it off. It was too much. I’ve never had a burger that way any place. Just wasn’t good. Ordered 2 concrete ice cream cups. Got them with our burger but mine was runny with brownie chunks stuck to bottom of cup. Just my first time with this chain but probably my last.
