Service was terrific on June 14 during dinnertime. I placed the order on the app and the gal at the counter immediately asked when I walked in if I had the online order. I typically only eat out when I'm traveling, so I only have a few places to compare to, but this was a far cry compared to Steak 'n Shake, whose service leaves a lot to be desired on my last few visits. We had never eaten here before but several people told us to try it. We enjoyed the food and the service. The cashier came out to our table to ask how our food, good customer service, nice to experience!
The service was great and the food was awesome.
