Great place for custard. Alwats new things on the menu.
First experience. Very underwhelming. The first time I came by they were only accepting cash so I moved along. A burger and dessert sounded good so swung by again. I was unable to get a custard. My wife was told "We are not serving custard tonight." The jalapeño burger surprisingly lacked flavor and the fries are fries. But thats twice that ive tried to have a normal interaction with this location and I doubt ill try a third time.
Found strips of plastic in my burger after eating half. Called the store immediately and the associate who answered seemed unconcerned. This is the 2nd time this location has had issues with food quality. Would not recommend eating at this location until they figure things out.
This was a delivery service order. Food was not warm. You expect somewhat warm with delivery, but not this time. I ordered no onions on my burger, but it came with onions. I ordered Fry Sauce, but got NONE! I ordered a Turtle Sundae, it came WITHOUT Pecans. What is a turtle sundae without pecans? Crap. I guess this store figures that if it's delivery, they can scrimp on quality and service. I love Freddy's. Have dined at a Freddy's numerous times, just not this one. Won't be a return customer.
