My burger was pink, bacon basically raw and top bun was inedible from being soggy. Undercooked fries with some raw fries mixed in. Tried calling them but goes straight to voicemail which isn't even set up. Very disappointed
Waited at drive through to order with no cars ahead of me for 10 min. Plenty of people working

I feel bad posting a negative review but hopefully Freddy's will take all of these recent poor reviews seriously and implement change. I will just say that I paid $18 for a burger, kids burger, tots and a drink). After getting a glimpse inside the drive thru window, I threw all of it, uneaten, in the trash. Went next door to Taco Bell and had a much better experience. It was not worth the risk to me to eat there.
