Mary was an outstanding employee. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and our order was prepared perfectly and delivered in a timely manner. As a restaurant operating partner myself, I believe it would be beneficial to implement some form of incentive or recognition program for team members who consistently deliver excellent service, receive 5-star reviews, or successfully upsell limited-time offers. Just a thought to consider—great work like Mary's deserves to be celebrated!
