I placed an online order Friday night and received the notification that it was ready as I pulled into the parking lot. I went inside and stood in the takeout area for at least seven minutes while my order sat on the counter. Multiple employees walked by several times without acknowledging me. When someone finally helped me, they put my melting ice cream in the same bag as the burgers. Almost a perfect five-star experience! My only suggestion would be to ensure the tables are wiped down more frequently to keep things hygienic for the next guests.
