I love Freddy's eat there probably once or twice a month. They're pretty consistent and if something is messed up they always take care of you. I've never had a problem here. The app is very rewarding and they usually have something for you like a free Sunday or sometimes even a combo meal
I keep trying and hoping that the service will get better and it is just a disappointment every time. I ordered through the drive thru. I asked for a chicken club-sandwich only, no combo. What was input was a chicken club plain. I asked for a large custard and received a regular. This is the third time I have received the wrong size custard.
