I was sitting by the order intercom today ready to give my order but was met with complete silence for about 5 straight minutes with no response. Then I witnessed MULTIPLE employees (on the clock) walking back one by one to back door of the restaurant from a parked car in the lot. Unacceptable
I ordered a delivery order thru Grub Hub. When the driver arrived with a sealed bag the restaurant had shorted me half of my order. Grub Hub will refund me my money but it's going to take 3 to 5 days. If the restaurant chooses to seal the bag so the driver can't check it before they leave, then they need to make sure they are getting the orders right. Do better Freddy's.
Great staff. Great manager . Great food. Love this place. My shop at plaza tire. We come grab food allll the time
