The floors could have used a lot more attention. Slick, greasy, a lot of fries on the floor. Dirty tables considering there were not very many people in the store. Considering it could have just been at recovery time from a rush is possible. The staff: the gentleman that took our order was terrific. Maybe a little soft spoken but fantastic. My son spilled a drink and a member of the team came out and mopped it up right away for us. The food was great and the custard off the chart good.
Every time I go on the inside to order they are sooooo nice. This time the young lady was super kind, and genuine. She was helpful and went above for my little one. (Sweet tea was out and my little diva was fussy) This young lady jumped into tea making mode with a smile for my baby. And even the guys handing me my order was just so friendly and kind. Greatful for young people that are KIND!!!!! GOOD KIDS. Proud of u guys, from a momma.
Just not feeling the customer service at this location. I also saw two separate workers in the kitchen who "put gloves on" when they saw me standing and waiting on the food with a guilty side eye.
