I lived in Hot Springs for 10 years. I now reside in Las Vegas and own a restaurant franchise. I was down in HS a couple of weeks, visiting family and stopped in to order food through the drive through. The person who helped me was named Michaela, and I want to say that her politeness and attention to detail is something that you don't see in fast food any longer. I wish more workers would treat customers with the respect and thoughtfulness.That she put forth. She's amazing at her job.
Food is good but this store is dirty. Every single booth table was dirty. The counters were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty.
Bright, clean, good food. Friendly.
