I've heard about Freddy's through friends. If you like Culver's you'll like Freddy's. Walking in, is utterly disappointed. They weren't busy. They had 3 employees. 2 in the kitchen and 1 on her phone. I mean cashier. The place is sticky, dirty. Culvers never gives that impression. I used the bathroom to wash my hands and it was worse. Tables, floors and chairs haven't been wiped down. That's a manager's job to make sure this restaurant isn't sub par. We're not paying $2 for a meal, it's $11+. if you are going to run a dining establishment, hire and staff enough people to actually execute the task. ridiculous to think that you subject your existing staff and customers to that sort of experience.
Lousy service, waited ten minutes for my order(behind one car) backed up went inside ( no customers at the counter, waited five minutes no one acknowledged me so I left hungry and extremely disappointed. Culver's service is on point and their burgers and custard are delicious. Sorry Freddy, major fail.
