There was an issue with the card reader it said approved on my end but wasn't clearing on the register so they try again is say refund loaded on my end & on the registers side the lady acted like it was another attempt at payment then I tapped card wouldnt refund so they charge me again. Reluctantly after being assured the first time didn't go though I paid another 40 dollars. Same thing 2 taps of the card no refund. So at this point I pull my account shows 2 40 dollar transaction. Decided to get Freddy’s tonight and ended up with moldy bread. Very disappointed I will not be going back at all after this. I would rate them with 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me. Hoping my 1 year old, husband, and myself (currently 6 months pregnant) don’t end up sick after this 🤮🤢
Payton has excellent customer service skills. Everything here always tastes good and the majority of employees here are friendly and pleasant. Payton was careful to get all the order correct and with a great attitude! Good asset to the Freddy's reputation.
