The service and food here is amazing but the upkeep is horrible. We've been here like 3-4 times, no one comes out to buss and wipe down nor sweep the floors. Everyone that comes in has to wipe down and clean up there own tables which is disgusting. I could only imagine what the bathrooms look like. Have this done everytime someone leaves and this place would probably stay amazing.
I went through the drive thru yesterday and got my husband a double burger combo. And it's his first time eating from Freddy's and he was disappointed. The two dried up patties were horrible and the fries were hard . I was not able to go back but this needs to be corrected because for what I paid it was unfair. But I love the customer service and atmosphere of the establishment.
