We had a great experience here! There was a little mix up with our food, but it was quickly resolved. Service was fantastic. Tyler was very attentive and helped resolve the issue with our order right away. Somebody give this man a raise!
Freddys is the best and this location is my favorite! The manager is super kind and the employees are always helpful. Plus the food is great!
The customer service at this location is horrible! The girl at the register on 8.27 5:30pm didn't know what is gluten free. She had to call someone to ask. She forgot to give me the juice box for our order , i had to go back in the line and she said okay just wait in the line until everyone else gets their food which was 10 minutes extra waiting. Horrible service !
