Usually this place is amazing, today I went to the drive-thru and there was just one car ahead of me all I ordered was one kid's chicken nugget meal and that's it. We ended up sitting behind that car for over 10 minutes trapped there because there's nowhere to get out. I have no idea what the holdup was, when we finally got to the window we didn't get any kind of apology or anything like that, no " sorry for the wait", no explanation, no nothing.
