Really awesome first experience at freddy's. I will be returning, food was very delicious and staff very courteous and helpful for first time visitor.
The food was so good and the manager was extremely kind & helpful.
Watching an employee handle their phone while actively preparing food was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable. Gloves are meaningless if they’re being used to touch a personal cell phone and then immediately handle food without being changed. This shows a serious lack of basic hygiene standards and reflects very poorly on management for allowing it to happen.
