Love Freddy’s. However, this location is consistently awful. I am still waiting on a refund for food I never received from a mobile order. The most recent time we went, it took 25 minutes for our food to come out, and when it did, it was stone cold. When we asked for a manager, we were told there was neither a manager nor a shift lead working. This location is consistently low on or out of stock, whether it’s their signature fry sauce, straws, or even desserts.
Another failed attempt at the drive thru. Waited only 5 mins but was able to get food from Whataburger and drive back by to still the same people in line.
Great food. Always enjoy this place.
