I tried to order some cheese curds with Carmel sauce. Your employees at another location introduced me to eating your cheese curds with Carmel sauce. The girl in the drive thru today said there's no way for me to pay for it. I said they usually just give me a small container for free. She said they can't do that. I have never been denied Carmel sauce. I am sad about this. It tastes so good ☹️
Honestly havnt been in person to this location so I cant make a in depth review like I usually do but here's a review. Ive uber eats from this location 3 times. Ive gotten my meals but I havnt gotten a straw all the times i ordered and the 2 times I asked for the fry sauce cups but never got them, I even asked for a big sauce bottle on the 3rd time order and still never got it.
I went at lunch time on a Thursday, so I knew they would be busy. I didn't want to sit in the drive thru line so we went inside. The fellow that took my order was nice enough. They were out of bacon, and it was only 1230 PM. Hey, it happens. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. They are definitely understaffed. The drive through service in Plano Texas off Hwy 190 is unacceptable. I wanted for 20 minutes and still didn't get my food. I waived at the girl through the window and she went to check on my order and after 5 more minutes I left. I order a burger combo the way they made it Fries and a drink. To not get my food after 25 minutes I drove off. I will never go back to Freddies again. I have eaten there 2 times before with long wait times as well. Their food is average at best.
