Absolutely the worst fast food that I have ever had!! The burgers were SO greasy and you couldn't tell that it was ground beef. Ordered it with Lettuce, tomato and onion..no cheese. It had 2 pieces of cheese on it. The fries and curds were over cooked and dry except for the grease. The cola was watered down. Two burgers, fries and Coke was almost & 30.00!! Never again!!
Order a lemon custard shake took 35 minutes and I got a vanilla Ice cream cup and that wasn't even what I ordered? Worst service I've ever had?
Stopped in for a shake at 1:30pm on a Friday. After waiting in line for 10 min was told it’s a 25-30 min wait on orders. All orders. They’re backed up apparently. The place is less than a 1/4 full. This is the second such experience. Never coming again and deleting my app. Freddy’s , your managers aren’t worth a darn.
This Freddy’s might be the worst location in the US. Each time I’ve tried it I have either waited really long (20 minutes) in the drive thru of only a few cars, my order was wrong completely or partially, and get sauce isn’t included. I’ll eat this other person’s order I guess. EDIT: When is Freddy’s going to actually DO something instead of asking us to reach out to them directly?
