Staff was fast and friendly and my food was hot. My problem with this restaurant is presentation, I ordered the jalapeño pepper jack burger, as you can see it was very short with the jalapeños. The sauce was just one squirt in the middle. I don’t understand why none of the fast food restaurants ever make a burger or sandwich like they were about to eat it. I love Freddy’s, this is the first time I tried this location in Portland. It was absolutely nasty! I found hair chunks in my food. Unfortunately it was in my mouth when I found it 🤮🤮.
The food is good, the service is above average and we've been their 5 times.
This chili dog is THE worst thing I've ever tasted. It's like the hot dog was soaked in dishwater. What a waste of money. 2-23-26 Why did I try this place again? Ordered for delivery and they mess up Every. Single. Time.
