Was at the drive through this evening to get dinner for the family, that part went well what didn't go well was getting home to realize the chicken tenders for the 5 year old were left out of the bag.....so with an unhappy 5 year old at home off I go to retrieve the tenders, I call on the way to inform them and ask them please have them ready as I want to get the tenders home to appease the child and also eat my now cold meal... Jonathan and Saul Were excellent in regards to customer service. I have been to other Freddys here in ArizonaAnd I finally got the service that most people want. The food was great! But most of all I always appreciate fast food employees that know how to smile and give you a good experience.
