Horrible service. Went through the drive thru today and was not greeted once. Workers on their phone and just standing around talking. Waited over 5 minutes for our food which I have no problem with but it’s a drive thru for a reason. Never coming back and it was my first time here.

Great food
Awesome burgers and malts! Brought a problem to manager's attention and he handled it immediately. I wish we had a Freddies near my home. Well, maybe not. Hard enough to keep my weight manageable as it is.

Got the absolute WORST drive thru service today. I don't appreciate when a drive thru cashier doesnt even acknowledge me, handing me my drinks in wet cups without even giving us straws to drink with. After that, the window closes and I was pretty upset but then I realized that this girl working the drive thru must be so busy and she feels overwhelmed so I decided to change MY attitude.
