Love the food and their frozen custard, the service is great, always with a smile. The restaurant is always clean and love the music. I been here many times with my grandkids and they love it.

Had lunch there today. As always we had excellent customer service. Friendly atmosphere and fun place to eat. The steak burgers and fries are soooo yummy. We have been there numerous times and look forward to many more visits.
I just had the WORST experience at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Surprise!!! We only eat out once a paycheck & I shouldn't feel like I want to slap someone when I leave. It was so bad I didn't even order myself food just my family & when I finally got home it was ALL cold. Not a happy person right now. I will be calling tomorrow to talk to a management because the MN managers tonight were no help either!!!!! B♥♥
