Ordered 2 chocolate shakes in the drive thru. Got a few blocks away before realizing that they gave me a cup with a cracked bottom. Chocolate shake leaking all over me, my clothing and my car! Not only is that a waste of $4 for the shake but now I'm going to have to stain treat and scrub my vehicle and clothing. Beyond disappointed :(
The staff is very cordial and my kids love the shakes.
We rarely eat out but when we do, we love coming here. The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I forgot to order a sweet tea so I asked to add it at the window- gentleman insisted on giving it to me for free. Card machine was down- handed us the food and said have a great day. Today the lady at the window saw my kids in the back seat who were super tired (just not having a great day) and asked if they could have custard- gave them each some in a dish. Once again, Freddy’s in Killeen helped make a birthday special. Alexis kept a dirt and worms cake in the deep freeze for us. After our lunch, she brought it out, sliced it and provided all the utensils and bowls for our table. Super lunch and a fabulous cake! Thanks for always going above and beyond! Fabulous staff and management! Customer focused!
